Hollie Coleman, a junior at Butler County High School, has been selected as a "Women in STEM High School Aerospace Scholar." This program is run by NASA and competitively accepts female juniors in high school who are considering careers in engineering.

While an encouraging crowd cheered them on, residents of Morgantown Care and Rehab participated in a competition of old fashioned origin. The rules were simple and direct, hang laundry neatly on a line and take it down later as if a storm was approaching.

On Saturday, February 18th the Butler County Halter Holders competed at the KY 4H State Skillathon in Madisonville, KY. They competed against other 4-Hers in the same age groups of Clovers (9-11) and Intermediates (12-14). Clovers: Carlee Mitchell, Kadie Hunt, Mattie Wells and Olivia Dunn.
