Lexington, Nov. 6, 2013 — USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) Administrator Juan M. Garcia announced that the 2013 FSA County Committee Elections begin today, Nov. 4, with the mailing of ballots to eligible voters. The deadline to return the ballots to local FSA offices is Dec. 2, 2013.

The 4th grade students at Morgantown Elementary recently took part in a rodeo. But this wasn’t your typical broncs and bulls type of event. On October 30th, the students took part in a bicycle rodeo.

Butler County High School had 6 students make All-state Choir. Last year, only 2 students made it to all-state, Rachel Rose and Dylan Havens. Jacob Clark, Spencer Coleman, Hannah Renfrow, Mikayla Brown, Alison Kurfiss, and Bailey Hunt are the 6 students that made it this year.

There were at least 90 in attendance for Monticello’s Fall Fellowship Sunday October 27. We had a hayride of at least two wagons full. We traveled throughout Provo before doubling back to Monticello for a meal and games in the church basement.
