Community Cookout at Rochester Park

Friday night July 11, the community of Rochester came together at the Rochester Park for a post-Independence Day cookout.  Events like this are great because you get to see members of the community that you otherwise wouldn’t because of busy schedules.

Everyone had a great time visiting and feasting on hot dogs, chips, drinks and desserts.  DoubleK Amusement furnished a bouncy castle for the kids.  There was a corn-hole game set up.  Kids also played on the swing, slide and jungle gym.  There was a great fireworks display at twilight to the delight of the crowd.

Thanks to Martha Roe and Sandy Priddy for arranging everything.  Thanks also to ones who donated money for firework, Shane Wells, Horace Hammers, Becky Rumble, Brian and Laura Ross, Eddie and Michelle Wester, Junior and Sandy Priddy.  Also thanks to Greg Baxter for cooking.
