I thought about calling this “Fire Down Below” but decided against it. I received my Kindle Fire this past Christmas. As much as I consider myself a techno-geek or maybe just a geek in general, I wouldn’t give into getting a Kindle or iPod. Now I have both!

Testy: When I moved back from Texas in 2008, I assumed I would be able to jump back into the job market in Kentucky with no problem. I had a college education, after all, as well as tons of experience. Boy was I wrong!

I have come to the conclusion that there must be a medical condition which takes place while a man watches TV. That is unless I am the only wife in the world who has a husband that loses all his hearing ability when sitting in front of the TV.

Drew Brees is the superstar quarterback for Superbowl XLIV. However, he is much more. I recently read his book, Coming Back Stronger, on my Kindle Fire I received for Christmas. While reading the book, which I couldn’t put down, I realized Drew Brees is much more than a superstar quarterback.

There are two sides to a flap-jack . . . but you knew that. However, sometimes we never see the other side, or sometimes we discover it on down the road . . . maybe way-down the road. The liberal media is good, very good, at hiding the other side . . . the true side.
ShortEverything I needed today was on the top shelf. It seems as if everything I’ve needed my entire life has been on the top shelf, and I’ve had to climb to reach it.
