A single vehicle accident shutdown northbound Natcher Parkway near the 24 mile marker just east of Morgantown, in Butler County on Monday afternoon. Cynthia J. Brumitt, 54 of Columbia, Kentucky, was traveling northbound when she apparently loss control of her vehicle according to witnesses.
