On February 1, 2025, Officer Ty Whitaker (U/125) with the Morgantown Police Department conducted stationary radar enforcement on I-165 and observed a vehicle traveling 89 MPH in a posted 70 MPH zone. The driver, Jason McGregor, age 31, of Princeton, failed to stop and attempted to evade police.

On January 31st, Dr. Rhonda Caldwell and Bob Rowland from the Kentucky Association of School Administrators organized a valuable meeting with Congressman Brett Guthrie and local superintendents.

Judge Tim Flener called the Butler County Fiscal Court to order on Monday, January 27. All members were present. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved unanimously.
