The idea in a ntshell is to pack a shoe box with school supplies, coloring books, pencils, flip-flops, toothbrushes, washcloths, cars, yo-yo, Slinkys, puppets, doll, teddybears, and hard candy.  Christian literature in native language or dialect will be added as boxes are shipped.  Every shoebox

The 24th Annual Calendar Girl/Centerfold Guy Contest will be held on Saturday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the Butler County High School gym. over 50 girls and guys will compete for 14 spots.

There will be a fundraiser on November 15th at Second District Fire Department to help with his Hospital Bills.

Doors will open at 10:00 am.

On Monday, November 3, District 3 of Kentucky Farm Bureau held its annual Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth and Variety Contests at the Centre on Main building in Leitchfield. Contestants from ten counties, including Butler County, competed in the Outstanding Youth and Variety Contests.
