(Morgantown, KY) – Butler County Water System, Inc. held an open house and ribbon cutting to celebrate their new location at 1118 South Main Street in Morgantown.  The new office opened June 6, offering the convenience of a drive-thru window as well as handicap accessibility.

The Morgantown City Council met in regular session on Thursday night at the Eva J. Hawes Community Center.  Council members Russell Givens, Allen Meredith, Dionne Merritt, Sharon Johnson, Ronald Givens and Gary Southerland were in attendance.

Micheal B. Gary has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Funeral Service and Mortuary, became licensed to practice embalming in the state of Kentucky and also earned his National Board Certification.

Michael B. Gary Jr. graduated from Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL, with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science in December of 2015.
