All descendants of Robert Edward Taylor and Nell Rone Taylor are invited to attend a family reunion on September 15th, 2012. The Provo Community Center has been reserved. It will be a pot luck meal, with the children of Bobby Rone Taylor and Allie Johnson Taylor providing fried chicken for all.

For just the second time since 1971, the Green River Catfish Festival hosted a County Fair Exhibit. The exhibit was held in the Eva J. Hawes Community Center. Over 300 items were received and on display during the exhibit.
