Yvonne Kay Deweese, age 65 of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Yvonne was born on Thursday, July 4, 1957 in Louisville, KY to the union of Charles Wilson and the late Vivian Bernice Willet Wilson. After many years of service Yvonne retired from Walmart and she loved working puzzles, fishing, gardening, spending time with her family and her dog Remington. 

Yvonne Kay Deweese is survived by her husband of 46 years Danny Deweese of Morgantown, KY; one daughter Rebecca Shumway (Jason) of Morgantown, KY; one son Denny Deweese (Britany) of Morgantown, KY; five grandchildren Chandler Franzell (Zoie), Breyley and Rylan Shumway(Reagan), Catherine and Trever Deweese all of Morgantown, KY; father Charles Wilson of Morgantown, KY; three brothers Gary Robbins (Betty), Jimmy Wilson (Tammy) and Ricky Wilson all of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, May 15, 2023 at 1:00pm with Bro. Randal Deweese officiating. Burial will be held in the Deweese Family Cemetery where Chandler Franzell, Rylan Shumway, Denny, Trever, John and Justin Deweese will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
