Willodean Eaves "Dean" Givens, 81 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  Dean was born on Wednesday, December 26, 1934, in Muhlenberg County Kentucky to the late Leslie and Flora Griffin Eaves and wife of the late Harlin W. Givens. She was a homemaker and other than her parents and  husband she is preceded in death by one son Gerald Ray Howton, great granddaughter Aleigh Howton, one brother Willard Eaves and two sisters Rean Eaves and Edna Thompson.
Willodean Eaves "Dean" Givens is survived by one son Mike Howton of Indiana; two granddaughters Mary Bingham and husband Chris of Morgantown, Ky. and Penny Dean  and husband Bryan of Brooks, Ky.; one grandson Scott Howton and wife Raydean of Brooks, Ky.; two brothers James Eaves of Breman, Ky. and Ronnie Eaves and wife Patty of Central City, Ky.; four great- grandchildren Paige Oaks and husband Tyler of Morgantown, Ky., Brittany Bingham of Morgantown, Ky., Dustin Howton and wife Eva of Brooks, Ky. and Crystal Dean of Brooks, Ky.; four great great grandchildren Deshawn Bingham of Morgantown, Ky., Arrianna Howton of Brooks, Ky., Aveha Howton of Brooks, Ky. and Kymber Sherwood of Brooks, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Randall Deweese officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Tuesday, February 23, 2016, 8:00 am until funeral time at 1:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
