William J. "Bill" Johnson, 58 of Louisville, Ky. passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016, at his residence. Bill was born March 24, 1958, in Butler County Kentucky to the late Tower and Nellie Farris Johnson. He was of the Baptist faith and employed at Koroseal Interior Products in Louisville, Ky. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters Myrtie Duke and Roselee Johnson and four brothers James, Gene, Ben and Sherman Johnson.
William J. "Bill" Johnson is survived by two brothers LeRoy Johnson and wife Kathy of Morgantown, Ky. and Darrell Johnson of North Carolina; four sisters Evelyn Williams of Louisville, Ky.,Rachel Shaw of Louisville, Ky., Opal Phelps of Morgantown, Ky. and Gracie Johnson and husband Albin of Morgantown, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday, July 8, 2016, at 12:00 pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating.

Burial will be in the Threlkel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Friday, July 8, 2016, from 8:00 am until funeral time at 12:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Please share any photos, memories, condolences or light a candle in memory of Bill at www.jonesfuneralchapel.com
