Whitney Alaine Pinkerton

Whitney Alaine Pinkerton, 28, and Ean Joseph Pinkerton, 26 weeks, due January 2017 passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was from Madisonville, Ky formerly of Morgantown, KY.

She was born on November 27, 1987 in Bowling Green, Ky to Doyle and Renea Hunt. Whitney graduated from Belmont Christian Academy in 2006 and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a mechanical engineering degree in 2011. She has been employed as an engineer for General Electric since 2011. Whitney was a devoted Christian and a member of Belmont General Baptist Church in Morgantown and attended Covenant Community Church in Madisonville.

Whitney was the epitome of Christs love, and her love for her sister, Dana and God's work through Dana was at the top of her list along with her husband, Daniel and their children. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willard and Gusta Hunt, and Lonnie Snodgrass; and her first cousin, Jeremiah Byrd.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Pinkerton; children, Emily, Erin and Eli Pinkerton all of Madisonville; her parents, Doyle and Renea Hunt of Morgantown; her sister, Dana Hunt of Morgantown; grandmother, Corene Snodgrass; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tom and Jo Ellen Pinkerton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tommy and Nannette Pinkerton; nephews, Hayden and Austin Pinkerton; twenty-eight aunts and uncles; twenty-five first cousins plus extended relatives; and a host of church family and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Covenant Community Church. Bro. Tommy Pinkerton will be officiating and Dr. Michael Knight and Bro. Gary Embry assisting. Burial to follow at Belmont Church Cemetery in Morgantown, KY. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday at Covenant Community Church 1055 N. Main St. Madisonville, Ky. and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at the church.

Pallbearers are Dewayne Austin, Steven Enoch, Dwain Orten, Dan Morck, Todd P'Pool and Steve Bryan.
