Wendell J. Kessinger, age 80 of Liberty Ky., formerly of Morgantown Ky., passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville Ky. Wendell was born on November 27, 1936, in Butler Co. Ky., to the late Odie and Sylvia Lacefield Kessinger. He retired from Ford Motor Company after many years of service. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Ruby Kessinger Embry and three brothers Denzil, Gwendon, and Mendell Kessinger.
Wendell J. Kessinger is survived by his wife Mary Pryor Kessinger of Liberty Ky., one Daughter Linda Dowdy of Pataskala Ohio, one son Mark Kessinger of Louisville Ky. 5 Grandchildren three sisters Arvone Martin of Louisville Ky., Sharon Kent and husband Sam of Scottsville Ky., and Wondena Raymer and husband Carlos of Morgantown Ky., one brother Lindon Kessinger and wife Norma of Leitchfield Ky., and several nieces and nephews.
