Warren Jackson Blaine, 81, of Dunmor, Ky., passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Butler Co., Ky. on September 4, 1935 to the late Victor and Alma Staples Blaine. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, construction worker and a member of St. Moriah Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Kenneth Blaine and one sister Augusta Carilse.

Mr. Blaine is survived by one daughter Rhonda King and husband Ray of Dunmor, Ky.; two sons Jeffrey Blaine of Bowling Green, Ky, Bryan Blaine and wife Tia of Dunmor, Ky.; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers Billy Darrell Blaine of Owensboro, Ky., Victor Blaine Jr. of Clarksville, Virginia.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 12:00 pm with Bro. Rick Shutt officiating. Burial will follow in the Blaine Cemetery Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017- 4pm to 8pm and Friday 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
