Walter Lee Embry, 66, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday June 23, 2018 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville TN. Walter was born July 14, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Hobert and Mae Couch Embry. He was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle Church and retired United States Army Veteran after 24 years of service. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers Morris and Bobby Embry.

Walter Lee Embry is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Daisy Embry of Morgantown, KY; two sons Trent Embry and wife Magan of Clarksville, TN and Nathan Embry of Morgantown, KY; one daughter Desiree Embry Rayner of Morgantown, KY; 6 grandchildren; one brother Hilbert Embry of Indiana; one sister Betty Russ of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 1:00pm. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Garden where military rights will be presented by the United States Army. Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2018 from 9:30am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
