Wallace "Coy" McCoy, 78, of  Morgantown, Ky. passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at his residence  in Morgantown.  Coy was born August 29, 1936  in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Edward "Buster" Burton and Murnie Ann Brown McCoy . He retired from Holley Carburetor  and was a member of  Union Missionary Baptist Church.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and working on small engines.  He was  preceded  in death by his parents, four brothers R.C., Penn, Prentice and Paul McCoy.
 
Mr. McCoy is survived by his loving wife  of 55 years Jerlene Proctor McCoy of Morgantown; two daughters Wanda Carroll and husband Tim of Morgantown, Vonda Barks and husband Paul of Morgantown; one son Kenny McCoy and wife Mykel of Morgantown. seven grandchildren: B.J. Carroll (Amanda), Jordy Carroll, Brian Carroll (Kelli), all of Morgantown,  Haley Selman (John) of Fort Hood, Tx. Christina Guengerich (Chase) of Evansville, In., John Barks and Riah Pendley of Morgantown. three great grandchildren: Addie, Capri, Remi; one brother Presley McCoy of Morgantown. 
 
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 1 p.m.  with Bro. Russ Funk officiating.  Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, January 5, 2015 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesday 8 a.m.-  until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
