Travis Franklin Greenwood, age 77 of Hardinsburg, Kentucky died Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  He was born in Breckinridge County on October 28, 1937, the son of the late Charlie and Gladys Boyter Greenwood.  Travis worked in the grocery business as a manager for many years,(Morgantown Foodland) was an Army veteran, a member of the Hardinsburg VFW Post and a member of St. Romuald Catholic Church.
He enjoyed fishing and playing golf as well as other outdoor activities.  He was preceded in death by his siblings: Lorene O’Reily and Clifford Greenwood.
Travis is survived by his wife Anna Dean Hale Greenwood of Hardinsburg, KY, 3 children: Kay Adkins and her husband David of Louisville, KY, Gary Greenwood of Sellerburg, IN, and Glenn Greenwood and his wife Gina of Beale AFB, CA, 6 grandchildren: Steven Hendrick and his wife Anna, Melissa Hampton and her husband Jason, Bill Hendrick and his wife Jennifer, Brian Hendrick and his wife Shalayna, Nichole Greenwood, and Jared Greenwood, 15 great grandchildren: Katelyn, Dakota, Michael, Chelsey, Chris, Austin, Kash, Kira, Hailey, Eli, Chance, Jenna, Hannah, Kylee and Kaleb, 2 sisters: Lucille Wheatley and Linda Greenwood of Hardinsburg, KY, 3 brothers: Bill Greenwood and his wife Darlene of Hardinsburg, KY, Mike Greenwood and his wife Gladys of Louisville, KY, and Jim Greenwood and his wife Shirley of Corbin, KY. 30AMent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 11AM with Fr. Brian Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in the St. Romuald Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Monday, 4-8 PM and Tuesday after 8:30AM.
