Timothy K. Smith age 62 of Morgantown, KY passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at his residence. Timothy was born Thursday, February 25, 1960 in Bowling Green, KY. He is preceded in death by his father Rex Wayne Smith; one sister Melinda Smith Phelps; one brother Michael Smith and his grandmother Clemence Smith.

Timothy K. Smith is survived by one sister Tina Smith Butler of Indianapolis, Indiana; two brothers Marty Corpuz and Kevin Smith both of Indianapolis, Indiana; two nephews Christopher Phelps (Tami) and Tommy Phelps (Telisa) all of Morgantown, KY; one niece Tabitha Childress (Charles) of Morgantown, KY.
