DRAKESBORO - Thomas Wayne Robinson, 72, of Drakesboro, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 3:10AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Robinson was born July 17, 1945, in Greenville. He was owner of Robinson Body Shop, and was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking outside, and reburbishing old cars. He was the youngest of 10 children and so enjoyed his siblings. He loved all of his family, especially his grandchildren and wife of 53 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Florence Robinson; brothers C.R. Robinson, David Robinson, Carlyle Robinson, and Paul Robinson; and sisters Christine McPherson, Becky Southerland, Jean Taylor, Shirley Vincent, and Ruth "Bill" Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lynette Hall Robinson; sons Todd (Melissa) Robinson of Morgantown and Troy (Bridget) Robinson of Elkton; grandchildren Jayde and Zackary; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 29, 2018, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Robert Lindsay officiating. Burial in Union Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
