Theresa Simmons Turner, 43 of Morgantown, KY. passed away Wednesday May 16, 2018 at her residence. Theresa was born November 17, 1974 in Bowling Green, KY to Johnny Dale Simmons and the late Bernice Beliles Simmons. She was of the Baptist faith.

Theresa Simmons Turner is survived by her husband James O. Turner of Morgantown, KY; father Johnny Dale Simmons (Christina) of Morgantown, KY; two sisters a twin sister Lisa Jones of Morgantown, KY and Alana Chapman of Morgantown, KY; two brothers Scotty Simmons (Jane)of Morgantown, KY and Johathon Simmons of Morgantown, KY; 3 step children James W. Turner (Khristina)of Morgantown, KY, Kristen Finn (David) of Brownsville, KY and LaDonna Hooten of Morgantown, KY; 10 grandchildren; 9 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at the Youngtown Cemetery Friday May 18, 2018 at 11:00am with Bro. Rodney Smith officiating. Burial will be held in the Youngtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00am until funeral time at 11:00am at Youngtown Cemetery. Funeral procession will be leaving Jones Funeral Chapel at 9:45 going to Youngtown Cemetery.
