Teresa L. Wells, 45, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday May 22, 2012 at her residence. She was a Warren County native, daughter of James R. and Linda Pendley Johnson, who survive. She was a member of Hillview Heights Church in Bowling Green and was employed at Wellcare Medical Services. Wells was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alton Pendley and Roy and Loretha Harris Johnson.

Teresa L. Wells is survived by her husband, Kenneth S. Wells of Bowling Green; three daughters, Kerry, Stephanie and Amy Wells - all of Bowling Green; a son, Kenny Wells Jr. of Ohio; parents James R. and Linda Johnson of Morgantown; a sister, Tammy Cardwell of Morgantown; nine grandchildren; grandmother Ruby Beliles Pendley; and two nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Bobby Hatcher officiating. Burial will be in the Dan Johnson Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
