Tempie Marie Webster, 97 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, at the Morgantown Care and Rehab in Morgantown, Ky. Tempie was born December 18, 1915, in Butler County Kentucky to the late Uriah and Nina Belcher Bailey and wife of the late Chester Willis Webster. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by one daughter Ruth Ann Lindsey; one son Bobby Earl Webster; one grandson Steven Hunt; one great granddaughter McKenzie Webster and 2 sisters Laura Mae Bailey and Pauline Hammers. Tempie Marie Webster is survived by 3 daughters; Helen Glover of Indianapolis, Indiana, Wilma Sue Buser and husband Joseph of Bayshore, New York and Emma Phelps and husband Damon of Morgantown, Ky.; 4 sons; Norman Webster and wife Rose Mary of Villages, Florida, Donnie Webster and wife Vonda of Bowling Green, Ky., Ronnie Webster and wife Iris of Morgantown, Ky. and Randall (P.R.) Webster of Rochester, Ky.; 27 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 37 ½ great great grandchildren and 1 sister Coleen Turner of Central City, Ky.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 1:00pm with Bro. Ron Metheny officiating. Burial will be in the Webster Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Thursday 8:00 am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
