Susan "Susie" Morris Lindsey, 37, of  Morgantown,  passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the Medical Center Hospital,. She was born in Owensboro, Ky. on May 26,1978 to Richard Lee and Aretha Pierce Morris.   She was a production worker at LifeSkills  and  a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.  She loved to color, do word search games, write in her journal, watch television, and loved listening to country music.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents Franklin Morris Sr. and Gydlene Hoover Morris, John and Betty Girten.

Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her husband of 11 yrs. Richard Lindsey of Morgantown; one son Jodie Lee Morris of Beaver Dam, Ky.; parents Richard Lee and Aretha G. Morris of Beaver Dam, Ky.; mother in law Marylene Cline of Morgantown; two sisters Bonnie Daugherty and husband Josh of Fordsville, Ky., Erica Morris of Hartford, Ky.; two brothers Ricky Lee Morris of Beaver Dam, Ky.; Jamie Lee Morris and wife Brooke  of Hartford, Ky.; three nieces and three nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at New Liberty Baptist Church on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2 pm with Bro. Gene Garner officiating, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 15 from 3 pm-8 pm at Smith Funeral Home and Saturday 9 am until time of service at New Liberty Baptist Church, Morgantown, Ky.
