Sue Martin Fugate, 71, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Friday, February 9, 2018, at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in Butler County, Ky. on June 27, 1946, to the late Jesse Nathaniel and Laura Jane Webster Martin. She was a member of Nelson Pentecostal Church in Central City, Ky.  Sue retired from Kellwood Manufacturing after 30 plus years.  She loved taking care of her children and grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers Henry, George, Bill, Tootie, Estill and Andrew Martin; two sisters Birtie Peay and Dee Fugate.
Sue is survived by her four children, three daughters Tereasa Johnson (Wally Carroll) of Rochester, Brenda Gill (Greg) of Morgantown and Lisa Wilson (James) of West Newton, In.; son Jim Fugate (Cindy) of Cullman, Al.; 16 grandchildren Jeremy Johnson, Tim Carroll, Scott Carroll, Brenden Reed (Jon) all of Rochester, Doug Carroll of Russellville, Matt Carroll (Maggie) of Bowling Green, Heather Dulsky (Randy) of Morgantown, Coy Wilson and Katie Wilson both of West Newton, In.; Katelyn Fugate (Rob Robertson) of Guthrie, Ky., Jacob Fugate of Morgantown, Colton Wilson (Ashley) of Camby, In., Chris Smith (Margaret) of Bowling Green, Ricky Smith (Esther) of Russellville, JJ Smith and CJ Smith of Bowling Green; 16 great grandchildren; brother Don Martin (Doris) of Morgantown; two sisters Christine Tyree (Willis) of Richelieu, Ky., Helen McKinney of Morgantown; several nieces and nephews; beloved dog Rerun.
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Uzzle officiating.  Burial will follow in the Webster Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 pm and Tuesday 8 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
