Stella Harrison Mefford, 95 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab in Morgantown, Ky. She was a Butler County native, daughter of the late Verner and Varah Harper Harrison and wife of the late Robert "Bob" Mefford. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Bowling Green, Ky and she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Herold John Harrison, Robert Lee Harrison, and Paul Harrison.
Stella Harrison Mefford is survived by 3 sister in-laws Nell Harrison of Morgantown, Ky., Dorene Harrison of Morgantown, Ky. and Jewel Harrison of Bowling Green, Ky and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 1:00pm with Bro. Jim McDaniels officiating. Burial will be in the Huntsville Methodist Church Cemtery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Thursday from 9:00am until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
