Sidney Adair Hatcher Chapman, age 88, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in Bowling Green, Ky. on April 3, 1933 to the late Robert and Grace Lee Hatcher.  Sidney was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ and Midway Homemakers.  She enjoyed cooking, flowers and watching UK basketball.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Horace Chapman; son Byron Lee Chapman; brothers Leon, Kendall, Darrell and Jack Hatcher; sisters Kathleen Kelly, Maibelle Pangburn and Margie Cook; special nephew Robert Myles Cunningham.

Sidney is survived by her nephew Robert Cunningham (Kim); nieces Judy (Harlan), Grace, Pam, Brenda, Onie, Jerry (Jerry), Kathy, Margie and Gayle; nephews Bobby (Tammy), Thurman and Billie; special niece Emily Cunningham; several great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Walter Duncan officiating.  Burial will be held in the Lee Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 28 from 11am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
