Shirrell Faith Johnson, 72, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born December 1, 1943 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Park Daugherty and Mable Keown Daugherty. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Beaver Dam Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Weldon Daugherty and Auburn “Buster” Daugherty.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Milford Johnson of Beaver Dam; two sons, Timothy (Janet) Johnson of Morgantown and Michael Johnson of Beaver Dam; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Darrell (Lucy) Daugherty of Cromwell.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 16, 2016 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service Sunday at the funeral home.
