Shirley Mae Scott, 68 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at her residence. Shirley was born November 29, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Ernest Franklin and Gladys Mae Cook Scott. She enjoyed spending time with family, working on the computer, listening to the Patriot Soapbox, watching the ID Channel and her faithful dog Mawmaw. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one son Ricky Lee Johnson; two sisters Julia "Judy" Ann Scott Johnson and Norma Faye Scott Gambrell and one brother Ernest Carl Scott.

Shirley Mae Scott is survived by two sons William L. Sadler Jr. (Crystal) of Santa Claus, IN and Jerry L. Johnson (Jennifer) of Louisville, KY; three daughters Vickie L. Johnson of Morgantown, KY, Charlotte R. Harnishfeger (Nic) of Elizabeth, IN and Shawna M. Dunn (Ricky) of Louisville, KY; 19 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; two sisters Martha Sue Burden of Morgantown, KY and Barbara Lucille Jones of Morgantown, KY and one brother Alvie "Buster" Franklin Scott of Morgantown, KY.

All services are private with Bro. Pete Phelps officiating. Burial will be held in the Aberdeen Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
