Shelia Ann Howard Smith, 69, of  Morgantown, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Medical Center.  She  was born in Butler Co., Ky. on Nov. 26, 1946 to the late Willie D. Howard and Capitolia Kitchens Sublett.  She was a member of Pleasant Rock Full Gospel Church, Healthcare worker, truck driver, painter and a clerk at Aberdeen Grocery, also loved animals and skating.  She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents Frank and Daisy Kitchens.
Ms. Smith is survived by 3 children, Marilyn Jett, Tammy Deel and Thomas Smith all of Morgantown; 2 brothers, Chester Smith and wife Peggy, Jesse Sublett and wife Carol all of Logansport; sister, Nioka Sublett of Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Halston Jett, Mason and Madison Daugherty all of Morgantown; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 6 at  2 pm with Bro. Larry Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Haven Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-9 pm and Wednesday from 8 am until time of service.
