Sharon Sue Powell, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Sacred Hart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Sue was born November 17, 1957 to the late Chesley (Nute) and Mable Gray Jones. She was a Butler County High School graduate, enjoyed crafts, collecting glassware and frogs and could fix anything. She was employed at Harmony Homes in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter Bonnie Sue Burden, two brothers James Earl Jones and Windell Jones.

Sharon Sue Powell is survived by her companion Tim Clausen of Rice Lake, Wisconsin; two sons Russell Burden of Upton, KY and Jerry Burden of Morgantown, KY; nine grandchildren Ethan Burden of Upton, KY, Autumn Burden of Ohio, Jasmine, Jade and Bonnie Ann Burden of Florida and Jerry, Nora, Mason and Jason Burden of Morgantown, KY; two brothers Wayne Jones (Kim) of Bowling Green, KY and Jerry Jones (Patricia) of Morgantown, KY; two sisters Faye Cardwell (Joy) of Morgantown, KY and Melinda Jones (Mark Johnson) of Bowling Green, KY and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at the Leonard Oak Baptist Church on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 2:00pm. Come and share memories and life stories of Sue. You may leave a condolences, memories of light a candle in memory of Sue at www.jonesfuneralchapel.com
