Samuel Richard Graves, 31, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015 in Louisville, Ky.  Samuel was born March 11, 1983  in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Samuel Perry Graves and Anna Hardin McIntyre who survives.  He was a construction worker and of the Baptist faith. Samuel loved the outdoors, playing basketball, loved to make people laugh and most of all loved his family.  He was  preceded  in death by his father Samuel Perry Graves and grandmother Angie Christine Graves.
 
Mr. Graves is survived by one son Jacob Graves of Louisville, Ky.; mother Anna Hardin McIntyre and step-father Ray McIntyre of Morgantown; two sisters Angela Graves of Morgantown, Nicole Zurkuhlen and husband Chris of Morgantown; Grandmother Joann Samuels of Morgantown; three nieces Christina Hord of Morgantown, Jamie Hord of Morgantown, Alyssa Zurkuhlen of Morgantown; one nephew Michael Melton of Morgantown; many aunts and uncles.
 
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015 at 1 p.m. with Bro. Raliegh Blancett officiating.   Burial will follow in the Olaton Cemetery in Grayson Co, Ky. Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, 10:30am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
