Sally Foster Peay, 95 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December  28, 2012 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center in Morgantown. Sally was born May 8, 1917 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Nathan and Eva Gill Foster and wife of the late Raymond Peay with 45 years of marriage. She was a member of Monticello Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by one daughter Faye Dean Peay

Sally Foster Peay is survived by her son Chester Peay and wife Linda of Rochester, Ky.; daughter Darlene Beliles and husband Richard of Rochester; Four Grandchildren Tammy Adkins and husband Eric of Morgantown, Theresa Johnson and husband Dewayne of Rochester, Alan Beliles and wife Curtina of Rochester and Darla Morris and husband Frankie of Rochester; Three great-granddaughters Mattea Johnson of Rochester, Haley & Laney Beth Adkins both of Morgantown , one great -grandson Nathan Beliles of Rochester. Several nieces and nephews

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Sunday, December  30, 2012 at  2:00 p.m.  with Bro.Randy Burns officiating . Burial will follow in the Rochester Cemetery, Rochester , Ky.  Visitation will be Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 8 am until 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
