Ruhie Mildred Whitaker Flener, 102 of Morgantown, KY passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Ruhie was born November 6, 1916 in Butler County, KY to the late William and Osia Flener Whitaker and wife of the late Justus Marshall Flener. She was a member of Morgantown Methodist Church, worked at Kanes Industry for 7 years and was cook at 5th District Elementary School for several years. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one son Huey Flener and one sister Lillian Cardwell. 

Ruhie Mildred Whitaker Flener is survived by three daughters Ruby Carnes of Enterprise, AL; Gracie Ellis of Bowling Green, KY and Jeanette Johnson of Bowling Green, KY; one son Dewey Flener of Morgantown, KY; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
