Rosamond Jean "Penny" Allen, 72 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Penny was born on Sunday May 2, 1948 in Warren County, Ohio to the union of the late Adrian Leroy and Betty Lou Craddock Cooper and wife of the late James T. Allen. She attended First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Morgantown, KY and loved her pets. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one sister Judith Palomar.

Rosamond Jean "Penny" Allen is survived by one daughter Sarah Embry (Derrick) of Morgantown, KY; one son James C. Allen (Jillian) of Carlisle, Ohio; three grandsons Christian, D.J. and Tanner; two brothers David and Doug Cooper of Centerville, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
