Rosalie McIntosh, age 67 of Russellville, KY, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2012, at Creekwood Place Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Butler Co., KY on May 18, 1944 to the late Clifton Johnson and Kathleen Harral Johnson. She was a member of the O’Roark Methodist Church.

She is survived by: Husband: Ronnie McIntosh Son: Travis McIntosh and wife Penny of Franklin, KY Daughter: Ann-Margaret McIntosh of Phoenix, AZ Brother: Johnny Johnson of Morgantown, KY Sister Hilda Meredith of Morgantown, KY Special Nephew: Reed House Jr. of Morgantown, KY Grandchild: Ariana Nickell

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday April 29, 2012 at O’Roark Methodist Church at 2:00 PM with Bro. Wayne Thomas officiating with burial to follow in the O’Roark Cemetery. Visitation will be conducted Saturday April 28, 2012 at the funeral home after 5 PM and Sunday at the funeral home from 8 AM until 12 PM. Visitation at the Church will be from 1 PM Sunday until the funeral hour at 2 PM.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the O’Roark Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Young Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Rosalie. I remember her as a great person and friend in school. We had lots of fun together. She will be missed.
