Ronnie Wayne Carpenter, age 74 of Morgantown, KY passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at his residence. Ronnie was born on Wednesday, October 20, 1948 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late Odus and Odea Parks Carpenter. He was a United States Vietnam Army Veteran and co-founder and co-owner of Triple C Leather. Ronnie enjoyed spending time with family and watching Walker Texas Ranger. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Irene Hudnall; two brothers Lyndol and W.C. Carpenter and a infant sister Geraldine Carpenter.

Ronnie Wayne Carpenter is survived by two daughters Jodi Carpenter Lawrence  and Tonya Carpenter both of Morgantown, KY; four grandchildren Shannen Brady (Johnnie), Amber Meier (Dustin), Bonnie West and Xander Lawrence all of Morgantown, KY; two great grandchildren Karver and Tate Meier of Morgantown, KY; one sister Kathleen Carpenter of Morgantown, KY; one brother Owen Carpenter (Kathy) of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 10:30am -8:00pm. A private graveside service will be held at the Stephens Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Gary Oberhausen officiating.  Burial will be in the Stephens Chapel Cemetery where military rights will be presented by the Ohio County AM VETS. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky 5872 Scottsville Road Bowling Green, KY 42104 in honor of Ronnie.
