Ronald Mudd, age 72 of Morgantown, passed away Monday, March 8th 2021 at his residence. He was born December 26th 1948 in Louisville, KY, the son of Lloyd & Ruby “Smith” Nash Mudd. He was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War and a factory worker at Leggett & Platt.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Mudd; his four children, Timothy “T.J.” Mudd, Ashley Mudd, Brycen Mudd, & Brianna Mudd; two brothers, Donald “Donnie” Mudd & Eddie Crawford; one sister, Gayle Taylor; and one granddaughter, Callie Mudd.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 12th 2021 at the Caneyville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at the Wilson Cemetery in Caneyville. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
