Rodney Keown, 62 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Hospice of Southern Kentucky. He was born Wednesday, December 15, 1954 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Dorris "PeeWee" and Georgie Ann Miller Keown who survives. Rodney was a member of Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church, a United States Army Veteran and he retired from Daciel Saftey System and a retired professional pool player.
Rodney Keown is survived by his loving wife Tonya Keown of Morgantown, Ky.; two daughters Jenny Keown of Morgantown, Ky. and Amy Brooks (Jeremy) of Morgantown, Ky.; one son Joey Shields (Jennifer) of Glasgow, Ky.; mother Georgie Ann Keown of Morgantown, Ky.; one brother Roger Keown (Ann) of Morgantown, Ky.; four grandchildren Ashlynn, Chaney and Alex Brooks of Morgantown, Ky. and Caleb Shields of Glasgow, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday March 13, 2017 at 12:00pm with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating.

Burial will be in the Little Muddy Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 12, 2017 from 2:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday 8:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
