Robin Lynn Gaskey, age 62 of Morgantown, KY, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Born on June 6, 1963, in Erie, PA, Robin's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the strength. Robin's life was filled with compassion and a strong work ethic. She carried these values throughout her life. Robin's career at Delta Faucet spanned over three decades, where she was not only a dedicated employee but also a cherished colleague.

Family was the cornerstone of Robin's world. She was a loving mother, a doting grandmother, and a devoted partner. Though she was preceded in death by her father, Robert Oakes, and her two sons, Gregory and Jimmy Oakes, her legacy continues through her surviving family. Her children, Stacy Gaskey (Danny Paul Key) and Robert Gaskey (Melinna), both of Morgantown, KY, will forever cherish the memories and lessons she imparted. Robin's mother, Marilyn Burrows Oakes of Girard, PA, her joy was multiplied by her grandchildren, Owen Key, Elijah Phelps, Reed Key, Bryghtonn Hatcher, Jaxson Gaskey, and Jaclynn Gaskey, who brought immense happiness and laughter into her life. Her siblings, Bob Oakes (Rachel) of Ohio, Kristin Michalski (Fritz) of Girard, PA, and Kevin Oakes (Pam) of Girard, PA, Robin's partner, Robert Farler of Morgantown, KY, shared a special bond with her, filled with love and mutual respect.

Beyond her family, Robin had a passion for life's simple pleasures. She found joy in spending time with her grandchildren, working on crossword puzzles. Her loving nature, friendliness, and generosity were the hallmarks of her character, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those she encountered.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, March 30, 2026 at 2:00pm with Bro. Darryl Dockery officiating. Burial will be in the Sandy Creek Cemetery where her family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm and Monday 8:00am until funeral time at 2:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
