Robert Young Sr., 71, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Robert was born July 5, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William A. Young and Novilla Young Dillingham. He was a member of Mt Lebanon Church of Christ and a retired carpenter. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one son James William Thomas Young and several brothers. He was a United States Army Veteran.

Robert Young Sr. is survived by one daughter Amanda Helen and husband Verney of New Albany, Indiana; one son Robert Young Jr. of Manchester, KY; two grandchildren Jayme Sierra Helen and Autumn Hunter Helen of New Albany, Indiana; one brother Jimmy Alexander and wife Wanda of Morgantown, KY; one sister Elaine Young of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews.
