 Robert Lee Middleton 82, of  Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the Medical Center Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. Robert was born February 28, 1932  in Williamstown, Ky. He  was born to the late Pheneas Taylor Middleton and Vergina Gray Middleton and later adopted by  Florence Anderson Taylor and Fred Taylor.   Roberts friends knew him as Tojo.  He was a Korean Army Veteran and a retired Truck Driver. He was a member of the American Legion and  Sons of  the American Revolution. Robert was an avid yard saler, gardener and mushroom picker. He was  preceded  in death by his parents and biological parents, son Harold Middleton, one grandchild Harold Joseph Middleton and eight siblings.  
 
Mr. Middleton  is survived by his wife Beulah Skipper Middleton of Morgantown; one daughter Joann Denson and husband Anthony of Indianapolis, In.; two sons Darrell Gene Middleton and wife Debbie of Indianapolis, In., Freddie Middleton of Indianapolis, In.;  grandchildren JoAnna Lynn Middleton-Smith of  Indianapolis, In., Keith Allen Wellman of  Florida, Paula Kay Sund of Indianapolis, In., Larry Middleton of Ohio, Lesley Middleton of Indianapolis, In., Nicholas Middleton of Indianapolis, In.; 12 great- grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
 
Funeral Service  will be held at Smith Funeral Home  Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 1:30pm-8pm and Sunday 8am-  until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
