Robert Joe Proctor, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born in Butler Co. on December 12, 1956 to the late Ivan and Evelyn Wilson Proctor. He was a truck driver at Sunshine Trucking. He enjoyed fishing, stock cars, NASCAR, being outside and working on vehicles. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.

Mr. Proctor is survived by his children Shawna Davis, Bobby Sisk, and Ashley Frames all of Bowling Green and Becky Proctor of Glasgow; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 1 brother Daniel Proctor of Bowling Green; one sister Betty Gilbert of Louisville and one niece.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 14 at 1 pm.
Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13 from 5-8 pm and Tuesday 8 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
