 Richard Thomas Neighbors, 45 of Bowling Green, KY passed away Saturday December 7, 2019 in Jasonville, Indiana. Richard was born February 25, 1974 in Bowling Green, KY to Walton Thomas and Kathy Darlene Gaskey Neighbors who survives. He was a member of Woodbury United Methodist Church, Woodbury Masonic Lodge #280 where he serves as the current Master and was a past Master. Richard was a 1993 Butler County High School graduate. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Jimmy & Joyce Neighbors and David & Thelma Gaskey and father in law Willie Durbin.

Richard Thomas Neighbors is survived by his wife of 12 years married June 23, 2007 Amy E. Neighbors of Bowling Green, KY; two children Specialist Matthew T. Neighbors of Fort Wainwright, Alaska and Austin M. Neighbors of Glasgow, KY; parents Walton and Kathy Neighbors of Morgantown, KY; one brother Mark Neighbors (Rhonda) of Drakesboro, KY; mother in law Cyndee Durbin of Bowling Green, KY and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews and a host of cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday December 18, 2019 at 6:00pm with Bro. Randy Neilsen officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 18, 2019 from 10:00am until funeral time at 6:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
