Raymond Stanley Casson, age 84 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family. Raymond was born on Wednesday, November 30, 1938 in Illinois to the late Victor and Elizabeth Orr Casson. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran, a lifetime member of the VFW and member of the American Legion. Raymond was named veteran of the year at the Morgantown VFW  in 2016. He loved watching Westerns and working puzzles. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one daughter Rayeanne Casson; one brother Ronald Casson and brother & sister in law Chuck and Lupe McGranahan.

Raymond Stanley Casson is survived by his wife Ellen McGranahan Casson of Morgantown, KY; children Kathy Casson, James Casson and Daniel Cline (Debbie); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother in law Jim McGranahan (Kathy) and sister in law Shirley Hamrick.
