Raymon C. Havens, 75, of Hartford passed away Sunday March 6, 2016. He was born November 25, 1940 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Willie Havens and Freda Pierce Havens. Mr. Havens was Vice-president for Scott Contractors and a member of Bells Run Baptist Church in Whitesville, Kentucky. He was also a member of Banock Masonic Lodge #824 F&AM. Mr. Havens was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Kenneth Ray Havens.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Ruth Oaks Havens of Hartford; four brothers, Daymon Havens of Beaver Dam, Ray Havens of Morgantown, James (Carolyn) Havens of Morgantown and Dale (Roberta) Havens of Russellville; one sister, Betty (Mike) Phelps of Morgantown and one step-grandson, Michael Meadors.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. John Cummins officiating. Burial will follow in Clear Run Cemetery in Hartford, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday and from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
