Ray Crump, 90 of Morgantown, KY formally of Morton, IL passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at Hospice of Southern KY in Bowling Green, KY. He was born June 3, 1928 in Eureka, IL, to the late Edward Ivan and Mildred Treece Crump. Ray married Mildred "Mid" Taylor December 12, 1948, in Danvers, IL. She preceded him in death on July 27, 2002, in Normal, IL. He later married Marie Porter Embry on December 4, 2004, in Morgantown, KY who survives. Ray was a graduate from Danvers High School, Danver, IL. He served in the United States Army then worked at Caterpillar Tractor Company, Inc. for 43 years. He was of Baptist faith and an avid Cubs fan. He is preceded in death by one son Ralph Edward Crump, step son Royce Embry, step daughter Sharon McCoy and two sisters June Price and Donna Leonard.

Ray Crump is survived by one son John D. Crump (Magrit), Spring Hill, FL; one daughter DonaKay Rein (Chuck), Aransas Pass, TX; one daughter in law Jan Crump of Normal, IL; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; one step daughter Shirley Givens (Barry), Morgantown, KY; 8 step grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; one sister Kay Oerhlerich, Albert City, IA and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
