Randy Dewayne Phelps, age 54 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at his residence. Randy was born on Tuesday, January 21, 1969 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late William Lee and Janice Sue Blanchard Phelps and husband of the late Shannon Michelle Poole. He was employed and had worked for Delta Faucet for many years. Randy enjoyed fishing and spending time with his granddaughter.

Randy Phelps is survived by his two sons Zachary Phelps (fiancee' Heather McCoy) and Jacob Phelps (fiancee' Sarah Arndell) both of Morgantown, KY; one granddaughter Scarlett Rose Phelps of Morgantown, KY; two siblings Tony Phelps of Morgantown, KY and Tammy Suggs (Kevin) of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday, January 5, 2024 at 12:00pm with Bro. Byron Pendley officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens where his family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 8:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
