Ralph C. Meador, 85, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 28,2014 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born August 30, 1928 in Allen Co., Ky. but lived most of his life in Butler Co. He was the son of the late Rev. L.V. and Lassie Gregory Meador, a member of Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church, a retired diesel mechanic for Rone Trucking, and a farmer. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife of 33 years Iva Taylor Meador, one son Roger Eugene Meador and one sister Mary Annaline Dwyer.

Ralph C. Meador is survived by his wife of 33 years Bea Stinson Meador of Morgantown, Ky., 2 daughters Sharon Meador Green and husband Bill of Winchester, Ky., and Lisa Meador Brooks Henderson and husband Paul of Morgantown, Ky., 1 son Dennis Ralph Meador and wife Yetta of Bowling Green, Ky., 3 step sons Lewis Ray Stinson of Scottsville, Ky., James Roy Stinson of Indianapolis, IN., and William Dan Stinson and wife Jeanetta of Scottsville, Ky., 1 sister Bevie Tanner Elliott of Evansville, IN., 12 Grandchildren, 13 great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursda,y May 1, 2014 at The Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Aberdeen Cemetery with his grandsons serving as pallbearers Tim Williams, Paul Green, Michael Brooks, Josh Brooks, Daniel Brooks, and Chris Stinson. Honorary granddaughters will be Shirley Green Williams, Jenel McIntosh Brooks, April Hunt Brooks, Sabrina McClure Brooks and Tracy Stinson Davis. Visitation for Mr. Meador will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm at The Jones Funeral Chapel and on Thursday May 1, 2014 from 8:00 am till funeral service time at 2:00 pm at The Jones Funeral Chapel.
