Peggy Vernell Suddath Pendley, age 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at her home. She was born in Quality, KY on April 9, 1944.She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and taking care of her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents Dennie and Buna Lucille Anderson Suddath; husband Glen Pendley; infant daughter Glenda Denise Pendley.She is survived by her son Jimmy Pendley; daughters Tennie Cook, Eva Pendley, Neva Evans and Laurie Ann Woods; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Ruby Gaines Johnson and Gwen Richey; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am until 1:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
